  1. One of my favourite books _ & I agree “favourites” can change as one reads new books – is The Snow Geese by William Fiennes – a wonderfully written book about Homesickness – William was very ill for a year & as part of his recovery he went to America to follow the migratory flight of the Snowgeese from Texas to N Canada – analysing the urge of the Geese to fly North to breed with our own longing – at times – for Home, security & familiarity.

I particularly enjoyed the book as it had the nature facts & figures of the Snow geese & also the geography of N America. I think you would also enjoy it from the analysis point of view.
